ENGINEERING
1. Upon further research, a minor plat is an option; however, the electrical easement
that is being requested will have to be filed as a separate instrument prior to plat
approval. In Staff's opinion, this would take longer than going to P &Z.
2. Show the water line easement on the Replat as shown on the Existing Plat.
3. The side setback is 7.5'. 1 cannot tell from the survey submitted if the existing
structure will meet this setback. Please confirm.
4. As discussed at our earlier meeting, be sure that you are including enough existing
parking spaces to meet the on -site parking requirements. Please confirm that you
are either meeting the requirement or apply for approval of a shared parking
agreement.
