Morgan, Mitchell & Morgan, LLP, via fax 979.260.3564 FROM: Bridgette George, Assistant Development Manager SUBJECT: GATEWAY STATION PH I & III (FP -VAC) - Final Plat Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested but had to stop review due to incomplete information. The following page is a preliminary list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for your plat to be scheduled for a future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting: Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; One (1) copy of the revised preliminary plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart @cstx.gov If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Spencer Thompson at 979.764.3570. In order to vacate a plat or any portion of a plat, the vacating plat must be signed by all owners of the original plat according to § 212.013 of the Local Government Code. 2. The proposed plat does not comply with the approved Preliminary Plat. Please submit a revised Preliminary Plat. Please see City SubRegs for items required on the plat. 3. This being a Vacating Plat and Final Plat on separate sheets, please have separate signatures as they relate to each items. 4. Comments concerning the plat will be addressed with the submittal of the Preliminary Plat. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: July 6, 2004 ELECTRICAL 1. Lot 8, Blk 1, Ph 1, need to provide easements for the existing electric infrastructure as installed. (Call Tony Michalsky at 979 - 764 -3438 to have existing electric lines located so easements can be dedicated on plat.) 5. Lot 1R, Blk 1, Ph 3, need 20 ft. Public Utility Easement along north property line for future extension of electric lines. Reviewed by: Tony Michalsky Date: 6 -23 -04 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
