On the Re -Plat there is the Original and the RE -Plat and there are two separate scales for each Located adjacent to each. 2. This RE- PLAT's property metes and bounds description is based on GRID-NORTH system. Re- Plat in 2007 property metes and bounds description was based on PLAT /CALL Bearing System. 3. The 50' x 75' Common Access Easement is provided to allowed shared driveway access to adjoining parking lots and also to establish maintenance responsibilities. The C.A.E. does not extend all the way across lot because we do not have permission to have access to adjoining tract along western property boundary. 4. No changes have been made outside of the conunents provided by the City. 5. Understood. ENG An 8" Sanitary Sewer Line has been designed to provide sanitary sewer service to all three lots.
