NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a Replat request
for the following property:
Applicant: RME Consulting
Project Number: 10- 00500192
Subject Property: 13881, 13889, and 13909 Renee Lane
(See attached location map.)
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
October 5, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. to consider the request. The public hearing will be
held in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1101 Texas Avenue, College
Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the
subject property have received notification of this request. Attached is an excerpt
from the Texas Local Government Code concerning replats. No variance request

over preceding plat without vacation of that plat if the replat:
(1) is signed and acknowledged by only the owners of the property being
replatted.
(2) is approved, after a public hearing on the matter at which parties in interest
