Marin Acres Subdivision Lot 33A, 23A, 23B
Planning -
# 1 - Application answer was resubmitted
#2 - Understood
#3 - Revised title commitment submitted, matching plat legal descriped and recorded legal description
#4 - Keith Sewell's name added to notary certificate
#5 - The bearing annotation on the northeast line between Lot 23B, and the Willie Steen property was incorrect
on the plat and it is changed
#6 - The deed of trust has a typo for some reason. The title company was provided with this identical legal
description as a word document. The correct distance is 191.44, and is the distance between the 2 found rods.
#7 - I don't have any documentation that the blanket easement is expired.
#8 - Final title commitment is submitted with matching legal description except the 181.44 foot typo. This
distance is also documented on the adjoining recorded plat by Kerr Surveying for the CVM addition.
#9 - The Brazos Tax office informed me that they can't change any property data in their system until it is
updated from the Appraisal District, which will happen when they show the new recorded legal description with
my client's name. It is definitely not zero acres.
#10 - Improvements are removed
