LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE LAND: Being all that certain 0.50 acre tract or parcel of land, more or less, Tying and being situated in the MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, Abstract No. 46, College Station, Texas, and being a portion of a 202.5 acre tract conveyed to Lee Richards by Addie Soles et al, by deed dated October 26, 1907, recorded in Volume 33, page 17, Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the south corner of said 202.5 acre tract, a stake set on the NE line of the right of way of Highway No. 6; THENCE N 45 E with the SE line of said 202.5 acre tract, 75 vrs., and corner a stake for corner; THENCE N 45 W - 37.5 vrs. and corner, a stake for comer; THENCE S 45 W - 75 vrs. and corner, a stake in the NE line of said Highway No. 6; THENCE S 45 E - 37.5 vrs. to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing one -half (0.50) acres of land, more or less.
