Once we receive a response to these comments and we have received written confirmation that you would like to change to a minor plat, we will refund the $232 difference in application fees ($932 final plat - $732 minor plat). ACTION #1: Duly Noted COMMENT #2: Revise Lot 33, Block 1 owned by Van & Nedra Malone to be Lot 34 on the Replat and Original Plat. ACTION #2: See revised final plat. ENGINEERING COMMENTS (Reviewed by Erika Bridges Date: July 12, 2012): COMMENT #1: Please tie lot corners to City Monument. ACTION #1: See revised final plat. FYI...The minimum finished floor elevation should probably be labeled on Lot 45 -R. ACTION #2: See revised final plat. I T ', l COMMENT #3: What was the original purpose of the 1.48 Ac. Reserve? Will this function be I accommodated elsewhere in the subdivision? L...,7 ACTION #3: Original purpose was to provide a boat ramp and docking area, but the lake did not hold water at a sufficient level and the boat ramp and dock did not stay in the water. The homeowners voted to sell the reserve to pay for the redesign of the lake which lowered the water level. COMMENT #4: Because an easement is being moved, we will need verification by all utilities with franchise rights that this is acceptable. Signatures from Atmos Energy and Suddenlink Communications should also be provided. AC ION #4: See Easement Abandonment Application. OMMENT #5: ased on the River Place Ph. 2 Final Plat, it appears that a gas pipeline was ., proposed to be rerouted in a 30 -ft wide Ferguson Burleson County gas pipeline p `� easement along the perimeter of the lake. Please provide verification that the gas line is not in this easement. ACTION #5: The pipeline is marked and located within the attached right -of -way agreement for Devon Gas Services, L.P.
