Demo the demising wall between Christy's and the old Deck the Walls stores. Demo all interior walls in both stores
leaving the 4 perimeter walls only. The ceiling area to remain in place. The back loft wall in the Deck the Walls store will
have to be removed. Cap off all electrical and plumbing inside the existing spaces.
Labor.permits, and disposal
This proposal is good for a period of 60 days from the above date.

Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon a written change
order and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes,
accidents, or delays beyond our control.
