1011 Welsh Avenue Renovation — Scope of Work
The following list is composed of all proposed work to remodel and renovate the home located at
1011 Welsh Avenue, College Station, Texas.
,41'1. A registered plumber is to get a permit, repair and replace subject's water main service
✓ 2. All siding will be replaced with hardi siding with a brick/stone accent band along the
bottom plate, front elevation.
3. Flatwork — remove, replace, or repair driveway, porches, and sidewalk
4. Remove and replace all windows with low-e new windows
5. Repair/replace damaged soffit as needed.
✓ 6. General Landscape — new sod, clean up existing trees and shrubs.
✓ 7. Remove, repair, and replace interior drywall.
• This action will lead to the possible discovery and needed repairs of the
following:
a) Replace non -bearing studs (to be inspected by city as needed)
b) Replace/repair electrical outlets and possibly the breaker panel (to be
inspected by city as needed)
/ c) Replace insulation (to be inspected by the city as needed)
✓ 8. Plumber to replace, with necessary inspections, shower, bath tub, sinks, and fixtures.
9. Floor Coverings — Refinish existing wood floors, carpet and linoleum elsewhere.
