I met David Schuler in the field this past Monday (5/14). I informed David that we would not be able to release the landscape bond
or temporary CO's for buildings located on Lot 4B, Block 3, Lot 2B, Block 4 or Lot 1R, Block 4.
He is missing 5-canopy trees along Autumn Chase Loop for Lots 2B & 1R of Block 4 and 17 shrubs are missing along the front of
the parking spaces of Lots 4B & 4A of Block 3.
Again, David is aware of this, as we went over it in the field together this past'Monday morning. As soon as he calls and says that
the plantings are all in, then a planner will need to go check it.
