Grace, the landscape bond may be released. Jason >>> Jennifer Reeves 5/16/2007 1:58:19 pm >>> I met David Schuler in the field this past Monday (5/14). I informed David that we would not be able to release the landscape bond or temporary CO's for buildings located on Lot 4B, Block 3, Lot 2B, Block 4 or Lot 1R, Block 4. He is missing 5-canopy trees along Autumn Chase Loop for Lots 2B & 1R of Block 4 and 17 shrubs are missing along the front of the parking spaces of Lots 4B & 4A of Block 3. Again, David is aware of this, as we went over it in the field together this past Monday morning. As soon as he calls and says that the plantings are all in, then a planner will need to go check it. Let me know if you have any questions. Davis needs to bring his landscape bid back up here with the signature, company name and contact information of the landscape co. that provided the bid. I have reviewed the bid and ok with it as long as we have the above information added to it. The following are items that are conditions that need to be addressed prior to releasing the temporary C.O.: 1. striped parking spaces 2. install curb that is missing at the end of the parking lot 3. 100% established ground cover 4. landscaping/irrigation must be installed per the approved plan. 5. construction debris and equipment must be removed from the site. I have gone over all of these comments and requirements with David on the phone. Please let me know if you have any questions.
