The approved 70 carports are highlighted on the approved plan. The 30 carports not approved consist of the 19 along the northern property line within the sideback line, and the 11 parking spaces along the buildings on the southern most portion of the site due to the P.U.E. I need the valuation ( cost of labor and materials) to finish processing the building permit application.
