Please have electrical contractor reach out to myself to coordinate a meeting ideally 2 weeks before
electrical construction begins.
**IMPORTANT**
CSU is still in the process of determining the capacity on the existing transformer that is designated to
feed this development. If this transformer will be overloaded due to this added load, the transformer will
be up-sized by CSU at the developer's expense (via a CIAC fee).

CONDITIONS:
1.No work beyond limits covered in permit is authorized.
2.The permit may be revoked if any false statements are made herein. If revoked, all work must cease until permit
is re-issued.
3.The permit will expire if no significant work is progressing within 24 months of approval.
4.Other permits may have been required ot fulfill local, state and federal requirements. Construction will be in
compliance with all essary State and Federal Permits.
5.Stormwater mitigation, including detention ponds will be constructed first in the construction sequence of the
project.
6.In accordance with Chapter 13 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of College Station, measures shall be
taken to ensure that all debris from construction, erosion, and sedimentation shall not be deposited in city
streets, or existing drainage facilities. Construction Site Notice or Notice of Intent (NOI) along with Stormwater
Pollution Preventation Plan (SWP3) will be kept and maintained on-site during construction as per TPDES
permitting requirements. If it is determined that the prescribed erosion control measures are ineffective to retain
all sediment on-site, it is the Contractor's responsibility to implement measures that will meet City, State, and
Federal requirements.
7.All disturbed areas will be re-vegetated prior to the Letter of Completion or Certificate of Occupancy.
8.All tree required to be protected as part of the landscape plan, must be completely barricaded in accordance
with the Landscaping and Tree Protection section of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, prior to any
operations of this permit. The cleaning of equipment or materials within the drip line of any tree or group of trees
that are protected and requried to remain, is strictly prohibited. The disposal of any waste material such as, but
not limited to, paint, oil, solvents, asphalt, concrete, mortar, or other harmful liquids or materials within the drip
line of any tree required to remain is also prohibited.
9.All construction shall be in accordance with the stamped approved plans and specifications for the above-named
project and all of the codes and ordinances of the City of College Station, as well as State and Federal
Regulations requested and approved will be allowed.
10.Separate permits and inspections are needed for items such as: all private utilities on site, signs, retaining walls,
etc., and are therefore not included under this Development Permit.
NOTE: The Contractor shall provide the Engineering Inspector a 24"x36" full set of City-approved construction plans
prior to start of construction. The Contractor shall acquire approval from the City of College Station Engineering
Inspector prior to any construction deviating from the City-approved construction plans. The Contractor shall also
maintain a full set of approved construction plans onsite that are periodically redlined to include any modifications that
occur with the actual construction.
The Contractor shall keep a 24"x36" full set of City-approved construction plans, as well as the issued Development
Permit (including TxDOT permits, if applicable), onsite and available during any construction activity.
