Also, I apologize for not getting back with you sooner as I've been out of the office as well. We discussed the drainage easement on the plat further, and we would be okay with you showing a flood prone area or approximate future drainage ROW accompanied by a note. The note would need to state something like the width of the right -of -way may vary depending on additional needs and will be designed in accordance with the BCS Unified Stormwater Design Guidelines at the time of site development. Hopefully this is an equitable solution, as it does not require further stormwater analysis at this time but leaves indication that this will need to be addressed with future development. Maybe include a note on the plat to that effect? I don't think it is a good idea to tie down an easement by metes /bounds on the plat without good topography data and design in place...thoughts?
