Item #2: Is it possible to get something in writing describing the legal agreement between Kolbe and Ofczarzak regarding access to the Kolbe property. Additional Item: In reviewing the metes and bounds descriptions for (P -1) and (R -1), we have been unable to make the area close or reflect the appropriate acreage, using the given deltas. Mike Lavender of COX will provide letter today or Monday. John Arnold of Verizon will do the same. 2) We have provided separate 8 �/z x 14 exhibit drawings as requested. 3) We have revised the 24" x 36" large exhibit drawing to clarify the insets. 4) The Kolbe access is described in the release document. We faxed a copy to Alan Gibbs last Thursday.
