Greg,
I wanted to follow up with a phone conversation Alan Gibbs and I had with Allen from MDG on
Wednesday, regarding the following two items:
Item #1:
The city and courthouse require legal or letter size exhibits to be provided with the metes and bounds
descriptions.
Item #2:
Is it possible to get something in writing describing the legal agreement between Kolbe and Ofczarzak
regarding access to the Kolbe property.
Additional Item:
In reviewing the metes and bounds descriptions for (P -1) and (R -1), we have been unable to make the
area close or reflect the appropriate acreage, using the given deltas. Please review and verify.

Engineering Review Comments No. 1
1) We have already provided TXU's sign -off. Mike Lavender of COX will provide
letter today or Monday. John Arnold of Verizon will do the same.
2) We have provided separate 8 �/z x 14 exhibit drawings as requested.
3) We have revised the 24" x 36" large exhibit drawing to clarify the insets.
4) The Kolbe access is described in the release document.
We faxed a copy to Alan Gibbs last Thursday.
