This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering an ordinance for a City
initiated REZONING for the following property:

Proposed Zoning: FROM C -2 COMMERCIAL - INDUSTRIAL TO R -1
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, JULY 1,
2004 at 7 :00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public
hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday,
JULY 22, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings will be held in the City Hall Council
Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject
property have received notification of this request.
