and being situated in the Morgan-Rector League, Abstract No. 46,
College Station, Brazos County, Texas, and being a portion of a
16.08 acre tract conveyed to Jeff E. Parker from Frank M. and
Doris D. Smith by deed recorded in Volume 447, Page 435 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod marking the northwest corner of the
aforementioned 16.08 acre tract;
