Attached please find information regarding Kenny Cotten's Restaurant for a
predevelopment conference on Monday, June 7th. We have attached a layout of
the proposed building as well as an elevation. We have also included the building
layout on the 2 lots as they are split by the Dartmouth alignment. You will note
that there are 2 alignments for Dartmouth as Mr. Cotten would like to alter the
alignment slightly through his property.
