The following page is a list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments and submit the following information for the plat to be filed for record at the Brazos County Clerk's Office: Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to nmanhart@cstx.gov If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Spencer Thompson or myself at 979.764.3570. PUEs, as shown, are not necessary in this situation. The PUEs along the SW and SE property lines can be reduced to 10 -ft. The PUE along SH 6 is needed. No PUE along NW property line due to structure location. 2. The City requests that you revise this plat as a Minor Plat. Please change certification from P &Z Chairman to City Planner. 3. Please submit corrected mylar with signatures for filing. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: August 12, 2004 ELECTRICAL 1. Agree with Engineering's comments on easements. 2. No other comments.
