SUBJECT: GRIFFIN -ATLAS SUBDIVISION (FP) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the
comments and submit the following information for the plat to be filed for record at the
Brazos County Clerk's Office:
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
One (1) Mylar original of the revised final plat; and
One (1) copy of the digital file of the final plat on diskette or e-mail to
nmanhart@cstx.gov

ENGINEERING
1. PUEs, as shown, are not necessary in this situation. The PUEs along the SW and
SE property lines can be reduced to 10 -ft. The PUE along SH 6 is needed. No PUE
along NW property line due to structure location.
2. The City requests that you revise this plat as a Minor Plat. Please change
certification from P &Z Chairman to City Planner.
3. Please submit corrected mylar with signatures for filing.

ELECTRICAL
1. Agree with Engineering's comments on easements.
2. No other comments.

next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out
