NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT to amend the Land Use Plan from Regional Retail to Residential Attached (10 -20 DU /AC) for the following property: Applicant: GREAT WESTERN LAND Subject Property: 14.57 ACRES ON F &B ROAD WEST OF HARVEY MITCHELL PARKWAY (FM 2818) (See attached location map.)
