NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT to amend the Land Use Plan from Regional Retail to Residential Attached (10 -20 DU /AC) for the following property: Applicant: GREAT WESTERN LAND Subject Property: 14.57 ACRES ON F &B ROAD WEST OF HARVEY MITCHELL PARKWAY (FM 2818) (See attached location map.) The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, AUGUST 19, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, SEPTEMBER 9, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
