SHENANDOAH SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT APPLICATION SUBMITTAL Dear Bridgette: Attached please find the following items for the above referenced submittal: 1. Preliminary Plat Application 2. Box 9960 College Station, Texas 77842 RE: Shenandoah Phases 18A, 18B & 19 Preliminary Plat Response to Staff Comments Dear Molly: Attached please find ten (10) blueline prints of the above referenced Preliminary Plat revised per staff comments. The mylar original will be submitted after approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission as will the plat be emailed to Nanette Manhart. The following is our response to the Staff comments in the Memorandum dated August 12, 2004 on the above referenced project. ENGINEERING 1. The plat has been labeled as Preliminary Plat and Replat 2. A copy of the Deed Restrictions has been attached. 3. The proposed replat will resolve the issue of the Hunter's Creek Drive R.O.W. 4. The proposed replat will resolve the issue of the Public Alley at rear of Lot 1 and Lot 2, Phase 5. Shenandoah Phase 1 recorded easements have been shown. 6. The proposed replat will resolve the issue of the 20' Drainage Easement 7. The non - existent driveway has been removed. 8. Cul -de -sac lots have additional dimensions shown that meet UDO requirements 9. The plat has been so revised. 10. A 20' P.U.E. has been shown along the Southeast property line for S.H. 6 R.O.W. to MH #R39A1MO28. 11. The plat has been revised to avoid the issue of development over existing utilities. 12.
