SUBJECT: RICHARDS LOT 11 (FP- REPLAT) - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned final plat as requested but had to stop review due
to an incomplete submittal. The following page is a preliminary list of staff review
comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments for
further staff review and to be scheduled for a future Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting:
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
Parkland Dedication in the amount of $556 must be submitted prior to the
filing of the final plat;

ENGINEERING
1. This is a Stop Review. This plat does not conform to the Subdivision Regulations
Section 18. If you wish to proceed with this plat you must request a variance to this
section. Please fill -out another application with all pertinent information.
2. In addition, a calculation of the "average width of the lots in the block" with a figure
needs be submitted.
3. If a variance is requested please include a memo to the P &Z addressing the items
under Section 5 as it relates to the subject property.
4. On the next submittal, please remove all "Preliminary" information i.e., setbacks,
topo lines, structure info, etc. Title this side as Original Plat. Title the other side as
Replat.
