The following page is a preliminary list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address the comments for further staff review and to be scheduled for a future Planning & Zoning Commission meeting: Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; Parkland Dedication in the amount of $556 must be submitted prior to the filing of the final plat; If you have any questions or need additional information, please call Spencer Thompson at 979.764.3570. This is a Stop Review. This plat does not conform to the Subdivision Regulations Section 18. If you wish to proceed with this plat you must request a variance to this section. Please fill -out another application with all pertinent information. 2. In addition, a calculation of the "average width of the lots in the block" with a figure needs be submitted. 3. If a variance is requested please include a memo to the P &Z addressing the items under Section 5 as it relates to the subject property. 4. On the next submittal, please remove all "Preliminary" information i.e., setbacks, topo lines, structure info, etc. Title this side as Original Plat. Title the other side as Replat. No Comments Reviewed by Tony Michalsky Date: 7 -29 -04 NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans.
