*Rear of property needs established ground cover
I have been unable to get a hold of the contractor before the CO expires. I will reinspect in a couple of weeks.

*Rear of property needs to be free and clear of debris, including plywood, orange construction cones, dirt piles,
etc. Grass needs to be re-established here (2 weeks)
*Bike rack needs to be painted and installed (2 weeks)
*General site clean up needed, including construction equipment and dead tree (2 weeks)
*Bench needs to be installed (9 weeks)

I have been unable to get a hold of the contractor by phone or email ... I know that he has had to be out of state b/c his father
passed away, so that may be why...
