Dear Ms. Jennifer Mireles,
I have completed the plan review for the above referenced project and have the following
comments. The plan review is based on the 2006 International Codes, the 2005
National Electrical Code, ANSI A117.1-2003, and our local amendments. Where
appropriate, I have included the applicable code sections.
1. Submit an Asbestos Survey of Suite # 7012.
2. Provide Valuation (cost of labor and materials) it was left blank on the
building permit application.
3. Submit Texas Accessibility Standards registration number.
4. Provide Exterior Emergency `Exit Discharge' Lighting at all rear exit door
landings to comply with section 1006.3 of the 2006 IBC.
5. Submit Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm plans to Fire Marshal's Office, 979-
764-3705, for separate review and permit.
The review does not include any civil or zoning issues or NRA requirements of the
Unified Development Ordinance. Please respond to the plan review comments at your
convenience. Three sets of plans addressing these issues will be required. Should
