TO: Ben FROM: Bobby SUBJECT: 303 College Main, Asbestos Findings DATE: July 12, 2008 Ben, Just wanted to let you know, and confirmed by survey, asbestos was found in employee bathroom tile and mastic on interior floor. To comply with code we will not remove employee bath tiles, but tile over existing (recommended by asbestos testing company) also the mastic will not be removed and will be sealed over. I will also take before and after pictures of before mentioned areas to keep for both of our files, thanks again for your patience and support.
