During the discussion, the use of Switch Station Road was raised. I am attaching a copy of the deed for Switch Station Road for the staff's information along with a plotting of that description. As part of the conveyance of this property, the Grantors "reserved the right to use the 60' wide area parallel to the northwest line of the described property for access purposes together with Grantee ".
