The following page is a preliminary list of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Further staff review comments will be returned upon their completion. STOP REVIEW. This Stop Review is issued only to stop the timeline of the plat. The Sewer Master plan is required to be approved by Council prior to the plat going to P &Z. 2. Review of plat and construction documents is ongoing. Comments will be returned at a later date. Reviewed by: Spencer Thompson Date: July 19, 2004 ELECTRICAL 1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2. Developer provides digital AutoCAD version of plat. Email to tmichals @cstx.gov 3. College Station Utilities will provide electric service to Lots 8 & 9 Blk 2 only. 4. College Station Utilities will provide Electric Distribution design plan to developer for installation of electric infrastructure. Contact Tony Michalsky at (979- 764 -3438) for copies.
