This Agreement will expire in one (1) year unless the customer elects to pay the yearly warranty fcc. The guarantee can be renewed for up to five (5) years by paying the yearly warranty fee. RP Lee Termite and Pest Control may approve additional warranty years after the five (5) years with an additional increase in the yearly warranty fee. The guarantee does not cover any damages to the structure or contents of the customer. The customer agrees to control all eondursive conditions that may cause reinfestation. If the structure is modified, added on to, altered, or if the soil treatmt nt around the structure is removed the oustomer must eontaot,RP Lee Termite and Pest Control and pay for additional treatment in order to keep the g=mtct m cffcct. If the customer dots not pay for additional treatment the retreatment guarantee can be cancelled. O�, Reogwal• Customer may elect to renew the rctrcatmcnt guarantee for additiou years.
