This Agreement will expire in one (1) year unless the customer elects to pay the yearly warranty fee. The guarantee can be renewed for up to five (5) years by paying the yearly warranty fee. RP Lee Termite and Pest Control may approve additional warranty years alter the five (5) years with an additional increase in the yearly warranty fee. The guarantee dots not cover any damages to the structure or contents of the customer. The customer agrees to control all condusive conditions that may cause nadestation. If the structure is modified, added onto, altered, or if the soil treatment around the structure is removed the customer must contact RP Lee Termite and Pest Control and pay for additional treatment in order to keep the guarantee in effect If the customer does not pay for additional treatment the rctroatmcat guarantee can be cancelled. VAJ Renewal Fee_ Customer may elect to renew thc.reLventment guarantee for additional years. The renewal fee is S S plus tax, The renewal fee is due on or before the annual anniversary date or paid S_phis tax every third (3) month with inspection. Mgjgtaining the Guarantee: The customer agrees to corrrct all condusive conditions, at owner's expense, as they exist or as they occur in the future in order for the guarantee not to be cancelled.
