1. The disturbed areas were seeded with seasonal grasses (Rye), which has died and left no living ground
cover.
2. Disturbed areas are eroding and entering the storm drain system.
3. Lots of silt on the roads around the construction area.

equipment may include, but are not limited to encasement,
