There is no landscape at all and no grass. David Schueler (Developer/Owner) was out there this morning. He said he has people moving in tomorrow and the landscape guy is supposed to come out tomorrow "he thinks". I told him we could not issue a full C.O. unless all the landscape was in or unless he puts up a bond, we can do a Temp. C.O. David said he would call when all of the landscape was in. I will go do a complete site inspection when he calls me back out there. Let me know if you have any questions.
