Fencing has not been put up for We Rent It or Tractor Supply.Fire lane has not been striped, and is blocked with construction materials.Parking lot also has equipment in it.No landscaping has been planted.Additionally, it appears that the contractor has put debris from the site in the islands, including asphalt and concrete. Many of these islands will are scheduled to have plantings. The islands should have soil that a plant could actually survive in, not construction debris. For islands that will be compacted and paved with decorative stone or paving, this would not apply.No access easement or parking agreement with Mr. Perry has been provided to this office, and a CO should not be issued until this is resolved.
