BOX 5639, BRYAN, TEXAS 77805-5639 Mr. Chris Haver City of College Station 1101 Texas Avenue College Station, TX 77840 RE: Sonic Drive -In University Dr. and SH 6 College Station, TX Dear Mr. Haver: We have entered into an agreement to acquire lease space in the Exxon brand convenience store located at 800 Earl Rudder Freeway in College Station. We will be occupying the space formerly occupied by Mex-N-Go, and Chicken Express prior to that. Our plans for the conversion will remain within the existing space, adding some partition walls and reconfiguring the dining room, equipment layout and design. We will not be making any structural changes, or adding any stalls outside. We will also be changing out the existing drive-thru menu and signage. Enclosed please find drawings from our architect and design groups outlining the scope of work that we desire to perform. Also enclosed is an application for a building permit. Please let us know any additional information you may need in order to approve and issue a building permit for this project. You can contact me at the above telephone number or on my cell phone at 777-5583. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Yours truly, Gregory O.
