ELECTRICAL • Relocate Power Company's meter to new post at SE corner of new garage. • Set new house power panel in interior wall approx. 12' from east end of house. • Run power underground from new meter to new house power panel. • Connect existing circuits and new circuits into new panel. • Do wiring and electrical work described by Mr. McMahon's write-up. • Electrical fixtures, garbage disposal, range, etc. to be furnished by Owner and installed by Cook & Sons. EXTRA WINDOWS • Replace 9 windows on back of house with new Lowe windows that meet Code. OTHER CONCRETE • Pour T-3" X 10'-0" cement pad near rear door for Kennel. Shorten existing south wall of old garage to avoid trapping studs and plate in new concrete. • Pour approx. 3'XIY walkway from Kennel pad to corner of existing garage. • Pour a 20'X21'-6" apron in front of the garage. • Pour a T-6" X 31' sidewalk on north side of garage. • Pour a 4'X26' concrete walk from the garage down the east side of the house to existing deck. • Pour a 15'X10' concrete apron at the alley entrance at the street. MISCELLANEOUS • Cook and Sons will furnish the labor and the normal material needed to do the above work. • The Owner will furnish the following materials, and labor to install the same: paint, HVAC, all flooring, drywall, and insulation for New Garage. • The Owner will furnish the electrical appliances including the stove, garbage disposer, lights, fans, etc. • Cook & Sons will obtain the Building Permit from the City of College Station. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Cook & Sons Construction Co. forever releases Mr. & Mrs. David McMahon and their successors, assigns, heirs and personal representatives from any and all claims, actions, suits or liabilities arising out of or related to Cook & Sons Construction Co. and/or their agents performing the scope of work described herein. PRICING The total price of the above described scope is $71, 760.00 (Seventy one thousand, seven hundred and sixty dollars.) Payments to be 1/3 to start, followed by weekly progress payments of $4784 to be paid each Friday, based upon progress being acceptable to Owner.
