Consideration, disc Sion and possible action to approve meeting minutes from June 1, 2004. 4. Consideration, discussion and possible action to rehear the variance for 2100 Texas Avenue South, lot 2, . pchinski Hill Subdivision. Applicant is Boyd Hippenstiel, Federal Heath Sign Co pany for Target Corporation. If the Board votes to rehear the case it will be reheard a the Board's regular meeting August 3, 2004. (04 -105 JR). 5. Public hearing, consid • ration, discussion and possible action to approve a variance to the Code of Ordinances. Chapter 13 Flood Hazard Protection, Section 5 -G., Special Provisions for Floo• ays. The variance request affects the following two properties: 1501 Emerald Par i ay and 1501 Emerald Plaza, being lot 1, block 1, and lot 5, block 1, Emerald Park Pl. v a Subdivision. Applicant is Joe Schultz, P.E., with Texcon, as agent for the property o er. (04 -139 ST). 6. Discussion of Administr. 've Adjustments approved by city staff. 2420 Texas Avenue South 7. Consideration and possible ac on on future agenda items — A Zoning Board Member may inquire about a subject f which notice has not been given. A statement of specific factual information or the r citation of existing policy may be given. Any deliberation shall be limited to a propos to place the subject on an agenda for a subsequent meeting. 8. Adjourn. Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071; possible action. The Zoning Board of Adjustments may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject or attorney - client privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action or vote taken will be in public. If litigation or attorney - client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustments meeting, an executive session will be held.
