The line from the detention pond to the ROW will need to be private. 2. The 45° bend just inside the ROW will not be allowed. 45° bends in storm sewer lines are only acceptable when adjacent to a junction box. 3. Water Line W -1 (Sheet C8): Call out tapping sleeve and valve at Sta 0 +00. 4. Water Line W -1 (Sheet C8): How do you plan to connect to the existing water line at Sta 7 +04? 5. Water Line W -1 (Sheet C8): Why the vertical deflections between Sta 0 +00 and Sta 1 +35? Can the same be achieved with straight pipe? 6. Typical 4" Water Line /Sanitary Sewer Crossing does not show valve location. 7. Water Line W -2 (Sheet C9): The profile at Sta 0 +00 calls out an 8 "X6" tee. This is an 8" tee in the Plan view and on Sheet C8. Please verify. 8. Water Line W -2 (Sheet C9): Please provide detail of Bend - Tee -Bend at Sta 2 +10 to 2 +39. 9. Sanitary Sewer Line S -2 (Sheet C10): Show conflict with Storm sewer near Sta 1+25. 10. Sanitary Sewer Line S -2 (Sheet C10): Provide sanitary sewer service to Building 15 from manhole No. 4. 11. Sheets 010 and 011: Please provide typical detail showing sanitary sewer with "special cement sand backfill" crossing under water line.
