All proposals involving site development or redevelopment in the Wolf Pen Creek
Corridor District shall require a review subcommittee of the Wolf Pen Creek Design
Review Board (DRB):
Item: Discussion and possible action on a SIGN /FACADE change for Ozona Steak
House, located at 520 Harvey Road, in the Wolf Pen Creek Overlay District. (03 -33)
Zoning District: Wolf Pen Creek Corridor
Location: 520 Harvey Road
Applicant: William Lartigue, Jr. with Sign A Rama
Item Summary: The applicant is requesting to change out the panels in the
existing freestanding sign in front of the restaurant and to replace the attached signage.
The owner has repainted the building prior to the Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board
and the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval. The owner would like to request
permission from the Design Review Board to maintain the color that has been applied.
Item Background: The Ozona Restaurant was previously Kona Ranch.

Item: Discussion and possible action on a SIGN /FACADE change for Ozona
Steak House, located at 520 Harvey Road, in the Wolf Pen Creek Overlay

Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval. The recommendation of
the DRB will be available at the P &Z meeting.
Item Summary: The applicant is requesting to change out the panels in the
