The following must be completed within 45 days.
Submit revised site plan, sealed by a licensed engineer,
submitted and approved before work begins on the parking
lot.
Continue the stone knee wall around new screening wall for
Mechancial equipment.
Color of block wall must match existing building.
Incorporate the crepe mrytles between the ramp /sidewalk and
the new curb line of the parking lot.
Paint the duct work and any mechanical equipment ..ove the
wall to match the building.
