All proposals involving site development or redevelopment in the Wolf Pen Creek
Corridor District shall require a review subcommittee of the Wolf Pen Creek
Design Review Board (DRB):
Zoning District: Wolf Pen Creek Corridor
Location: 2301 Eastmark Drive
Applicant: Municipal Development Group
Item Summary: The applicant is proposing to install two 24' x 40' buildings
together to form one structure on a slab for a maintenance facility. The building
materials and colors that are proposed for the facility will match the existing
apartment buildings. The applicant is also proposing additional landscape, such
as shrubs and trees, to mitigate any negative visual impact toward the Wolf Pen
Creek Corridor. Staff is recommending approval.

SUBJECT: University Commons, Phase II Discussion and possible action on the approval of
maintenance facility to be located at 2301 F.astmark Drive (03 -35)
Wolf Pen Creek Design Review Board met on Thursday, March 20, 2003 to review the above -
mentioned project. There was no discussion of the proposed maintenance building. Staff and
the applicant were complemented on a job well done in presenting the project. DRB Member
Holt moved for approval as presented. DRB member Kelby seconded and the motion passed
5 -0.
