PLANNING
1. Please be aware that before we will C.O. this site, we will need a letter as
discussed in the predevelopment meeting back in December of 2002. The
letter will need to state why you will need to have parking relief and what your
sequence of construction will be that will require this. We will also need a
statement as to how long you will need the temporary parking in place.

ENGINEERING
1. Since you are showing the existing and proposed utilities on the Grading Plan
instead of the Site Plan, you will need to include the Grading Plan as part of
the Site Plan.
2. The irrigation meter needs to be in an easement. Two irrigation meters are
shown on the Site Plan (A -1.0); one of them is not in the utility easement.
When the blanket easement is released, please be sure to include the
irrigation meter in the subsequent utility easement. If you will not be using
the existing irrigation meter(s), please show proposed location and meter
size.
3. 1 have Sheets C -2 and C -3. Is there a C -1?

explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans
that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review.
