Item: Discussion and possible action on a Replat of Benjamin Graham
Subdivision Lot 1, consisting of 3 lots located along Koppe Bridge Road in the
City's ETJ. (03- 00500098)
Applicant: Garrett Engineering, agent
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the Replat with Staff
Review Comments No.2.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a replat of Lot 1 of Benjamin
Graham Subdivision located in the City's ETJ. The called 5 -acre lot is located in
the bend of Koppe Bridge Road near Wellborn Road, southwest of Greens
Prairie Road. The original lot is being divided into 3 lots. Each lot meets the
minimum requirements for ETJ subdivision.
Comprehensive Plan Considerations: Koppe Bridge Road is a Minor Collector
on the City's Thoroughfare Plan. Right -of -Way is being dedicated to the County
through this replat.
