SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT - COMMERCIAL for GOLD SUBDIVISION (FPCM)
Item: Discussion, consideration and possible action on a Final Plat for Gold
Subdivision, Lot 1, Block 1 consisting of 1.50 acres of land located on Raymond
Stotzer Parkway in the City's ETJ. (03 -0025)
Applicant: Mark Golden, Owner
Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval of the final plat as
submitted.
Item Summary: This item is for the consideration of a final plat of Lot 1, Block '
of Gold Subdivision located in the City's ETJ. The 1.5 -acre lot is located on
Raymond Stotzer Parkway, southwest of its intersection with State Highway 40.
This plat meets the minimum requirements for an ETJ subdivision and is in
conformance with the approved preliminary plat.

Land Use Plan: The proposed final plat is in compliance with the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
Thoroughfare Plan: Raymond Stotzer Parkway is designated a
freeway /expressway on the City's Thoroughfare Plan.
