The plans are good as submitted. You will now need to submit sets for stamping; 6 sets for our use and
however many you want returned for your use. Keep in mind that although the plans are ready to be stamped
they cannot be stamped until the elevations and color samples are submitted as well as the off -site easement.
The engineers cost estimate as submitted is not acceptable in its current form. I will fax an example of what we
need to meet the State Statue for infrastructure acceptance.

Gessner Engineering has supplied Mr. Victor Patel the standard Easement Dedication
Sheet to complete with regards to the Blanket Easement for the Site Plan for the
referenced project. One (1) offsite PUE is also being prepared for the southeast corner of
the tract to the waterline paralleling the east property line. I will forward these forms to you
as soon as they are received by our staff.
