Jennifer,
Phyllis Hobson says there are no deed restrictions for Nantucket Phase 2.
Can the preliminary plat and final plat go to the P &Z on the same night?
If so, what is the anticipated schedule.
thanks,
Joe

Ginger & Joe,
Just to let you know, we are unable to return comments on this
submittal without doing a 'stop review' because the lots do not meet
the existing zoning. We will return comments on this submittal after
the zoning is approved at City Council on May 13th, the Concept Plan is
approved at the Design review Board on May 14th and we have reviewed
your preliminary plat.
Just as a heads up, we will need a copy of the existing deed
restrictions for the Nantucket Phase 2 lots.
Please call or email if you have any questions! Thanks!

Joe, here is what I show outstanding:
Parkland Dedication fee of $6,116.00
Impact fee of $2,677.18
Nanette is out so I have no idea if the digital file is here or not.
I can not find the mylar. Have you turned it in?

Roxanne,
As you know City staff is writing a letter to the Developer of South Hampton Phase I in reference to the
dedication of off -site easements as required by the P &Z in approving of the Final Plat of the subdivision.
Therefore, the Developer is in violation of the Subdivision regulations and the City is requesting the
Developer to comply by dedication the easement now.
The easement in question was to cover the City's Impact Fee Sewer Line.
The same Developer developed South Hampton Phase II.
South Hampton Phase II utilizes the same sewer line as does South Hampton Phase I.
The sewer line that both subdivisions are required to have in order to comply with the City's Subdivision
Regulations is not currently covered by an easement.
It has come to my attention that the Final Plat for South Hampton Phase II is not filed for record.
The Developer is currently requesting the plat be filed for record.
Can City staff withhold filing the plat for record in order to obtain the required easement?
thx
