Ford Clark, Inc., Via email FROM: Jennifer Reeves, Project Manager SUBJECT: Cingular #572, 111 George Bush Drive Brandt: This letter is to identify the process which has taken place since the original submittal on Friday August 20, 2004. The file was reviewed the following Wednesday, August 25th. Crissy Perez and I made a phone call to you at 9:20 am August 25th and discussed with you that the information that was turned in was considered incomplete. A cursory review was performed at the time and we did not count this toward the three reviews that you normally get with the initial fee at the time of application. Here were the following comments from the cursory review that were discussed in our phone conversation: • Wrong Application • Section 6.3.8 Application Procedures that were not turned in: b. Inventory of existing towers... d. Separation distance... f. Sustained winds... g. FAA & FCC... h. Grid plan... • $200.00 of application fee still needs to be paid August 26th 11:15 am the new correct application by itself was resubmitted with a note attached stating: "Jennifer - here is what I have so far. I'll start getting the rest in tact. Please call or email w /any help. Thanks, Brandt ". STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS NO. 1 Project: CINGULAR #572 (CUP) - (04- 00500208) PLANNING 1. Provide a general note that all roof and ground- mounted mechanical equipment shall be screened from view or isolated so as not to be visible from any public right - of -way or residential district within 150' of the subject lot, measured from a point five feet above grade. Such screening shall be coordinated with the building architecture and scale to maintain a unified appearance. 2. As previously stated in the staff memo dated June 28th. addressed to Brandt Dozier the following comments still need to be addressed for a complete review: Section 6.3.8 of the Unified Development Ordinance Application Procedures that were not turned in: b. Inventory of existing towers... d. Separation distance... f. Sustained winds... g. FAA & FCC... h. Grid plan... LANDSCAPING /STREETSCAPING /BUFFER 3. Provide a general note that 100% coverage of groundcover, decorative paving, decorative rock, or a perennial grass is required in parking lot islands, swales and drainage areas, the parking lot setback, rights -of -way, and adjacent property disturbed during construction. Reviewed by: Jennifer Reeves Date: 07 -20 -05 ENGINEERING 1. Reviewed by: Date: ELECTRICAL 1. Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. 2. Developer provides 30' of #4 rigid conduit for riser poles. Developer installs 2. first 10'. City installs remainder. 3. Developer pours transformer pad(s) per city specs and design. 4. Developer installs pull boxes as per city specs and design.(pull boxes NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. Any additional changes on these plans that have not been pointed out to the City, will constitute a completely new review. Since this phone conversation I have had a couple of phone conversations with someone named Jennifer from your office who had some basic questions, but have had no resubmittals. Irrigation system must be protected by either a Pressure Vacuum Breaker, a Reduced Pressure Principle Back Flow Device, or a Double -Check Back Flow Device, and installed as per City Ordinance 2394. 2. All BackFlow devices must be installed and tested upon installation as per City Ordinance 2394. NOTE: Any changes made to the plans, that have not been requested by the City of College Station, must be explained in your next transmittal letter and "bubbled" on your plans. This project is still considered an incomplete submittal. The following items were discussed with Shawndriea and still need.. to be addressed.
