This is a stop review. This replat does not meet subdivision regulations which
require public sanitary sewer be provided to all subdivisions. This is a cursory
review and does not constitute a complete review.
ENGINEERING
1. Extension of the public sewer system to Lot 2B is required. Engineering construction
documents are required as part of the Plat application.
2. Show "Original Plat" as it is currently platted. Remove utility, curbing, and driveway
information.
3. Provide volume and page numbers of existing easements.
4. For purposes of signage, the resulting lots will be considered one building plot.

transformer providing service to existing building on lot 2A.
