HomeMy WebLinkAboutCorrespondence Jim Callaway - ucs - fyi and ?'s Page 1 From: Sabine McCully To: Elrey Ash, Jim Callaway, Veronica Morgan Date: 4/27/98 11:24AM Subject: ucs - fyi and ?'s as you all know, ucs is trying to get a site plan in here this week. as a part of that submission, they have told bob ruth that he needs to get us a landscape plan as well. i told bob that we can wait and get the landscpape plan after the site plan is in because i've seen the site plan as it has been evolving enough to know they'll be able to fit their landscape /streetscape requirements. also told him that the irrigation plan can come in later as well. he had two questions that i believe are discretionary items that would be' up to the "board" to answer. these are as follows: 1. the deed restrictions state that none of the LAUE is to be disturbed, but ob wants to do some enhanced treatment of the driveway entrances off of quality circle. -- ,(„ ,/G %) te,, (�tl( /` 2. the deed restrictions require n 8' screen for the service area - has this been worked out yet? is it � needed? _ Q . 111, d iet CC: Shirley Volk GTE 301 INDUSTRIAL BLVD. BRYAN, TEXAS 77803 MAY 11, 1998 REFERENCE: UNIVERSAL COMPUTERS GTE WILL FOLLOW THE SAME ROUTE AS ELECTRICAL FOR TELEPHONE SERVICE. THE DEVELOPER/OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AND PLACING TWO FOUR INCH CONDUITS WITH PULL STRING FROM THE OUTSIDE BUILDING TERMINATION TO THE EASEMENT ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROPERTY. THE CONDUIT SHALL BE CAPPED ON BOTH ENDS. THE CONDUIT SHALL ELL UP FOUR FEET AT THE OUTSIDE BUILDING LOCATION AND SIX INCHES IN THE EASEMENT. THE OUTSIDE BUILDING TERMINATION SHALL BE WITHIN TWENTY FEET OF POWER, IF NOT, THE DEVELOPER/OWNER IS RESPONSBILE FOR PROVIDING AND PLACING A 8'X5/8" COPPER GROUND ROD AT THE BASE OF THE OUTSIDE BUILDING TERMINATION.
