RE: Grading Improvements — Lot 1, Block 1, North Forest Business Park
Dear Mr. Gibbs:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the Grading Improvements shown on the
Grading and Erosion Control Plan, Sheet 1 of 1, for the above referenced project will not
increase impervious cover for the site and therefore will have no effect on the stormwater
runoff from the site. Also, the plan limits the disturbance at the site to areas outside the
100 -year floodplain, therefore, the proposed grading improvements will have no effect on
the 100 -year water surface in Bee Creek.
