City Engineer Development Services City of College Station College Station, Texas RE: Grading Improvements — Lot 1, Block 1, North Forest Business Park Dear Mr. Gibbs: The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge that the Grading Improvements shown on the Grading and Erosion Control Plan, Sheet 1 of 1, for the above referenced project will not increase impervious cover for the site and therefore will have no effect on the stormwater runoff from the site. Also, the plan limits the disturbance at the site to areas outside the 100 -year floodplain, therefore, the proposed grading improvements will have no effect on the 100 -year water surface in Bee Creek.
