PLANNING
1. The calls for the Amending Plat have been changed to described the areas that are being amended and
are not intended to be the same as on the original plat. Some adjustments have been made on this
resubmittal to conform with standard surveyor descriptions (i.e. moving around a tract in a clockwise
direction)
2. The revised calls are directed in a clockwise direction to describe each tract being amended.
3. The dimension has been changed to 105' on the amended plat.
4. Calls and distances have been added so that both original and amended views are appropriately
described.
5. The original description was inaccurate and has been corrected here. The revised call makes the line
parallel with the other lot lines on that block as well as the ROW of Deacon Drive.
6. The revised call in the Line Table is now parallel with Deacon.
7. The phrase has been added to the Certificate of Ownership and Dedication.
8. A label has been added to the easement in both views. A dimension for the pipeline corridor width
has been added which makes the alignment parallel to the rear of Lot 1 Block 1.
9. Corner markers have been added to the new Common Area.
10. The area of Lot 1 Block 1 has been adjusted in the Amended View and in the Title Block.
11. Noted.
ENTEERING
1. The calls have been checked. This submittal is intended to only describe the areas being
amended.
2. Calls have been labeled in both views.
V 3. The label has been removed.
X The bold text and linework has been removed from the Common Area.
5. The note has been revised.
6. All existing easements have been dedicated by plat. The volume and page of the original plat
have been added for clarification.
