That the part of Restriction One of the Original restrictions refcrenaing outhouses, :ace, nationality or domestic servants be dropped from the New or Amended Restrictions to reflect adherence to current sanitation and discrimination laws. 2. That Restriction Two of the Original Restrictions and Restriction Two of the 1961 and 1994 Amended Restrictions be changed to allow for a Board of Directors with h see bcrs who members (President, Vice - President, Secretarytfreasurer and four standing ) will be duly elected at the biannual meeting of the association by the majority vote of the lot owners actually voting; to serve two year terms; at no time shall the board be made up of less than five (5) members; if a member becomes unable to serve their entire tern, the remaining board members shalt choose a replacement until a new one can be elected at the next scheduled biannual meeting; of the seven board members, three and on alternate shall be chosen by the board to serve as the Architectural Committee; the Committee shall have a. maximum of 15 days to pass a set of plans or specifications; all members of the board of directors must be current lot or homeowners in College Hills Estates. 3. That Restriction Three of the 1994 Amended Restrictions be changed to include any other expenditures for the benefit of the neighborhood to be determined and voted on by the Board of Directors as they see necessary. 4.
